My School Promise

Each day I'll do my best
And I won't do any less.
My work will always please me,
And I won't accept a mess.
I'll color very carefully,
My writing will be neat.
And I will not be happy,
Until my papers are complete.
I'll always do my homework,
And try my best on every test.
I won't forget my promise,
To do my very best!



 Respectful poem

What does it mean to be respectful?
Maybe it means to be helpful?
How about not shouting out in class?
Or maybe not shattering any glass?
You can also be very kind,
As long as you keep love in mind.
You can be a good student, favored by the teacher.
As long as you don't hiss like a creature.
"You don't need to be perfect,"
the teachers always say.
"All we want is for you to try.  Do what you think is okay."
I am just giving you tips for you to just start,
but if you want to finish, you have to use your heart.
So, at least try to be respectful I will tell you once more.
Do it almost every day, just like a chore.
